Upgrade from 0.10 to 0.11 Issue

I upgraded from 0.10 to 0.11 and now recieve a
message "You have an error in your SQL syntax near ')
order by ' at line 1" when trying to view bugs. Also the
leftnav shows 2x when using any admin functionality.

Close a bug?

Is the administrator the only one allowed to close a
bug? Why not the user it was assigned to? It would be
easier for the Admin if they didn't have to close
everything.

Also I cannot get the View History to work.

Just to let you know, I have the program running on
XP Pro with IIS 5.1 and the latest build of PHP. The
program runs great.

Upload doesn't work

I can't determine what I need to specify in for
$upload in the config.php file. If I put
the full path, nothing happens. If I put the URI,
nothing happens.

Any ideas?

login.php not found

apache-1-3.22
PHP-4.1.1
linux-2.4.10
apache /usr/local/apache

I bring up the workbench/index.php page okay, but when
I test it with a user:asdf pass:asdf, it says
login.php not found. I can find logout, main, etc..
pages?

what exactly would you need to help me figure this out?
