We use Amazon EC2 cloud servers. The licensing files fail once these servers are stopped and started or rebooted. This is because these virtual servers are taking opportunistic CPUs. We need a mechanism that doesn't require manual intervention everytime there is a restart.

Thank you for your request. We are actually actively working on completing a Floating License system which will let you automatically move the licenses around to different servers as needed. This system is specifically designed for environments like EC2. Hopefully we will have some good news for you on this soon.
