&lt;p&gt;you are right, repository trunk contains a lot of fixes and updates for latest wxWidgets (I've built up to 3.1.4 currently), and the distributed release was outdated. I managed to create a program with wxmathplot on windows but I lost a lot of time trying to make working the version that is available for download (0.1.2) with wx 3.0.1. I switched to the trunk version and it works fine.&lt;br/&gt;
Would it be possible to tag a new release?&lt;br/&gt;
Last release is a bit outdated and is not compatible with wx3.&lt;br/&gt;
