This feature is under implementation.

What has been done already:
- added DB table to manage domains associated to groups
- created GUI panel handling domains to groups associations

What is currently under implementation:
- coding GUI logic
- coding processing logic to manage the DB table

What is to be implemented:
- update of all code everywhere in the tool to respect the domains to groups of users constraints. This is where the biggest work to be done is.

As of now, actual version of the tool manage any postfix or exchange servers and create relations between groups, users, and servers. In groups, users and servers can be added. And users actions and searches are limited to servers contained in the groups they are members of.

But what happens if several different messaging domains owned by different customers are hosted on the same unique postfix server for instance? It is not possible to give access to the E-LSE product because otherwise a customer (a user) can search and trace the e-mails of another one. That should not being permitted of course.

It is needed to add this new important feature (important for security): groups should accept a list of allowed domains. It means that users can only perform actions and searches in the domains, including their sub-domains, listed for their groups. Actions should be possible if To: or From: contain e-mail addresses in listed (sub-)domains.

add time limit to execute tasks of a job

In the extended task manager, for simple tasks which do
not depend of a job, it is possible to set up a time
limit for its completion.

Should be interesting to have the same thing fir each
task of a job. by the way this will set up the maximum
time limit for the complete execution of the job, which
is the addition of all maximum time limits of each
task, in fact.

In the resources of the shared agenda, it is possible
to assign a capacity in term of people. For example, a
meeting room cannot contain more than 20 peoples.
But for some kind of resources, the capacity is
expressed in time. For instance, we can use a battery
for a maximum of 2 hours. Should be good to implement this.

users locator

in the shared agenda, users locator should be extended.
It is fine to now for each event, if the user is inside
the company (so reachable) or outside. but in order to
know it, we need to view the agenda of each user. It
should be better to have this information in a
separated tab.

"expiration date" feature

Add an expiration date in the password manager. By the
way for each password, we could implement a kind of
notification system to send reminders by E-mails to
warn a user some days before the password expire.
