#93 Enable choosing a CA upon renewal
It would be very useful to be able to choose a CA to renew certificates. While it's possible to create a new certificate from an existing one this option would help to easily renew certificates with the new CA.
A drop-down list of CA's would be added to the renewal dialog with the current CA chosen by default. It would work also for batch operation ie. renewing more than one certificate.
