Attempting to open Excel Application with a blank spreadsheet. Program response is halted. Program is not responsive for 15-20 seconds. After Excel loads, the toolbox is no longer a ribbon and just a section under the "Add-Ins" tab. This happened on 5.03. Just updated to 5.05 and it is still happening.

After a sucessfull load,Excel was shut down. The next instance of excel provide an Error (Figure 1) about Daniel's Toolbox and Excel. I selected No. It then took ~85 seconds for Excel to finally load with the toolbox add-in. Figure 2 shows what the screen looks like for 60 seconds.
