Add SourceForge Button dynamically to Website

Sourceforge has changed its logo. Right now we have the little SF.net logo in our repository.
Changing this to dynamically include the one from SF.net prevents this from happening in the future.

GMaps showing only one marker

sf-movies in web mode is only showing one marker in some browsers. Seems to be a known issue

Pressing the "Convert" button with an empty number
field results in a NumberFormatException.

CelsiusConverter (CodeMig) does not work

Running the CelsiusConverter with code migration fails.
Pressing the "Convertet" button results in displaying
"undefined" instead of the computed result.

I both compiled and ran the XML11 using ant and a SUN
Java compiler.

converter /w code migration not working

When running the converter demo with code migration, a
button press will cause the following error to appear:

Error: CommonWidgetPeer.getPeer(this._id).setText is
not a function

Tested with firefox on Linux and Windows XP

Calculator/CodeMigration produces error

Calculator running with code migration does not work.
Running under IE an error occurs at line 364 after
pressing a button. Running under Firefox simply nothing
happens when a button is pushed.
