loading xml files into databases created with xsdtodb

Can someone describe how to load xml files into databases after creating them with "xsdtobe". I have tried "xpdutils-demo.jar" but an error occured (can not find the main class..) . I don't care if the solution uses an end-user application (like "xpdutils-demo.jar") or a java code.

Inadequate instructions for running XMLPipeDB

The documentation is missing instructions for setting up XMLPipeDB both
when creating the database for the first time and when trying to load an
XML file into the database.

Released JARS are sealed?

When trying to run XMLPipeDB's applications off a release tarball, a
SecurityException concerning a sealed jar gets thrown. The error does
not occur on a CVS checkout, so there may be a problem with the release
process.

Need to submit HyperJAXB patch

The Uniprot XSD results in a name conflict when fed into HyperJAXB. A fix
has been found, but it resides in the HyperJAXB code. This fix should be
proposed to the HyperJAXB team.
