Individual test result reports should be XML

The individual test result reports should be XML with a
stylesheet PI reference.

The script and XSLT stylesheet that updates the
testresults.xml file would then be able to modify the
XML file at the same time.

Right now, the testresults.xml file is updated, but the
HTML report won't be updated until the next time the
testsuccess.xsl stylesheet is run.
