Cache the results of the DTD parser in a file.
This will speed up dtdparsing.

CSS Styles for Voicexml

Create a css file named voicexml.css for displaying
voicexml2.0 data in xmlwebgui.
I have attached a sample file for xhtml1
For each element in the DTD there is a style
declaration in the css file.
In the xmlwebgui distribution there is the voicexml dtd
included.
