Once I downloaded XNova Beta 13 There were a lot of design problems in both Internet Explorer and Firefox, these include the following:
Both:
- ../skins/xr is not there, so the default design is white.. not pretty
- Global News box does not work
FireFox:
- When creating a building the fade in and out flickers excessivly and makes the view of the building almost impossible
Internet Explorer:
- The "design" tab in the options area throws the div off the area so it is impossible to actually change any of your design options.

Suggestions:
- Option to disable "Free Commander and Moon" Option in Admin Panel
- Facebook styled friends and chat toolbar for throughout game (http://www.wibiya.com/ is a great example)
- More Advanced Admin Options
