(site/xf/install.php) results in a logo and a title, but no <br />
actions to create the DB Tables/Data. After runnign <br />
the .sql file under phpmyadminm, the tables are created, <br />
but the admin module always comes back with <br />
an 'access denied' message. I am a Webmaster group <br />
member and all rights seem to be in order. I am on Linux <br />
and just to ensure all rights were adequate, I chmod'd <br />
the html/* to 777. No change. Where are admin rights <br />
calculated and why the install.php script not run? <br />
