overhaul Export and add CSV-Export

It would be really useful if an export to CSV would be available, and if this export would be on every page where tasks are displayed.
It should export the things that are currently on the screen, and by user request (checkbox) also more detailed (like task description).
It would give the ability that everybody can customize the export output.
I am really missing this feature in the "ME" view, i like to have an printed overview about what is done and what needs to be done, so CSV would be perfect for me.

About the export overall:
In my opinion the PDF-export is really not usable (what should i do with one task per PDF-Page?
I also thing the export, what is exported and which format is available in which view is NOT coherent.
Here a list:

Project: XML MPX
Iteration: XML MPX PDF JRPDF
Story: PDF JRPDF
Task: PDF JRPDF

It have to admit that it makes kind of sense if you take a deeper look what is exported in which page, but i think for example the export
to MS-Project should be done in its own module and not controlled by the page you are viewing and the menu-entry. The same with the XML format.

If you think that CSV-export is a good idea, let me know if i can help you with the export. I know almost nothing about JSP or JSF but,
if you pass me for example the sql-statement for the "ME" view i could write an export script in sql or java.

By the way, I am working on a daily base with Xplanner+ and have to say it is at this point more stable than Xplanner ever was, and it is much more stylish, an real eyecatcher.
