Error while processing XSLT stylesheets

While processing a collection of stylesheets with XSLTDoc 1.2.2, I got the following issue:

The stylesheets I am trying to process are in https://github.com/jhellingman/tei2html (as well as the xsltdoc.config)

I've not yet been able to locate what triggers this.

version 1.2.2 not documented

All I can read concerning the new version is that "Added xsl:transform as a valid document root (XSL templates can have either xsl:stylesheet or xsl:transform as" -- the rest is lost due to the change in the forum address (which makes it impossible to read the news for some reason).

Neither the online nor the distributed documentation has been updated for 1.2.2. The documentation footer shows version 1.2.1 as well.

Altogether, it's sad to see this package neglected, it contains such an impressive amount of creativity and has such a potential (compare the oXygen documentation package to see what can be done in this area: http://www.oxygenxml.com/xslt_documentation.html )
