Is anyone supporting or troubleshooting this software, the

Bt8xx.kext does not load

The script to install the extension does not load, on
one occasion it did but a restart was requested to get
some preferences right and it didn't load the extension
again. Next was a securityquestion and I said "use"
and an error 512 followed and the application loaded
but didn't display anything.
I work on a PowerMac G4 400, OS 10.2.1 , a Formac Pro
TV card, a ATIRage Pro and plenty of memory.

MacOSX 10.2 fails to load kext

I downloaded the .dmg file, copied the three files to the HD,
doubleclicked the fixpermissions script, and it returns Done
after I enter my admin ID and password. All this is normal so
far.

Initially, when I launched the XTV app, my computer locked
up.

After a restart, when I launch the XTV app, I get a warning
that this application may impact the security of my computer,
and I elect to Use the file. When the app is launching, I get
an error -512 unable to load the kext.

Any insight into this?

the sound often starts echoing the same
sequence over and over. My system is OS X 10.1.4
and the Mac is a gigabit 450 MP.

I had totally given up hope on ever getting my
PROtv card to work until I found this page.

But now that I have XTV..what do I do with it? It has
frameworks and the .kext file? Where do those
files go? What does one do with it to get it
working? I couldnt find any readmes or anything..

Thanks for this great app: at least cheap TV is possible on a mac.
Is it possible to change size of the TV screen (especially to fullscreen)? If yes, how (shortcuts?)?
the app I'm using for the moment is the XTelevision-01032002 revision.
I'm unable to make running the new snapshot with my Pinnacle studio PCTV rave. I can launch the program, but when I'm pressing the on (green) button the app is quitting immediately.

Another think: How could I add channels on the playlist: I'm connected to the Belgian cable and can access for the moment to only 4 channels, when the mira is showing much more.
