i'm using zipdiff to compare two zip file and trying to get the actual output.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But what happens is, it shows some files are different, even though they are identical when I compared using beyond compare&lt;br/&gt;
Have attached the actual source zip file for your reference.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Step 1:&lt;br/&gt;
If we compare the zip file as it is. It will highlight that there are differences in pom.properties. Which are valid difference.&lt;br/&gt;
Step 2:&lt;br/&gt;
If we compare the zip files after excluding pom.properties using regex. We still see differences. Which is not correct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please advise how to handle and get the correct output. If required, I can execute some script on top of zipdiff to get the desired output (eg. 1. Run zipdiff, 2. Execute sh script on top of it. 3. Execute md5, etc)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;have attached&lt;br/&gt;
1. zipdiff step1 log&lt;br/&gt;
2. zipdiff step2 log&lt;br/&gt;
3. zipdiff commands&lt;br/&gt;
4. artifacts for (file1 and file2)&lt;/p&gt;
