#5 quoted text not being decoded properly
Often when I reply to a message, the quoted text contains the little "=" characters that indicate soft line breaks, or even other encoded symbols (like curly apostrophes), still in quoted-printable form.
It appears that the text is not being properly decoded when the quoted text is prepared for the reply.
