4 plugins upgraded to use Claude Code v2.1.85 native if field for in-process tool filtering, eliminating unnecessary subprocess spawns:

  • jeremy-github-actions-gcp - Replace non-standard filePattern with native if glob
  • claude-reflect - Add if: "Bash(git commit*)" to PostToolUse
