This v6.00.19 release is a SERVER EDITION ONLY release. The Desktop Editions are not ready for release yet, due to the dependency they have on PHPdesktop:

Until a workaround can be found to still support the NEARLY-ANCIENT browsers embedded in PHPdesktop, I will only be doing Server Edition releases.
THAT SAID, Desktop Edition users can easily install XAMPP for Windows / Linux / OS X, and then install the Server Edition of Open Crypto Tracker afterwards:
