Featureless Linux Library Release - 0.4.x

This folder contains the 0.4.x series of the Featureless Linux Library.
Each release is broken up into a collection of sub-parts, each with its own tar file.

The 0.4.x release series is the stable version of the 0.3.x series and all micro versions released under this series will not break api.

The following are changes since the last 0.3.x release was made:
- Added a readme file in the documents folder to explain how installation is performed.
- Fixed a bug in fll_execute where the name_size length variable was improperly initialized.
- Fixed a bug in fll_execute where memory was not being freed after forking returns
  - The condition where memory needed to be freed only happened when forking failed.
- Removed some unused functions from the generate.sh script.
