  • first_setup.sh: auto-install OSS skills to ~/.claude/skills/ on setup (skips existing, idempotent)

Fixes [#117] — users who ran first_setup.sh previously could not use skills like /shogun-model-switch because the skills/ directory was not installed to ~/.claude/skills/. Re-running bash first_setup.sh after this update will install all OSS skills automatically.
