Yes, it does the job, but why I have to use its assembly-like stack-based macro-heavy language to do anything than the most trivial tasks? The scripts quickly grow convoluted and unmaintainable.

With not big effort I managed to prepare installers for my reports. The nsis script I wrote enables me to make automated installer builds controlled by ant. I'm fascinated with the results I achieved. The work was easy because the manual, libraries and examples are very good. Now packaging all of my windows products will be a piece of cake.
