This is the first beta release of 0.6, which solves a lot of the video issues seen with the last Alpha. Quelea is now feature frozen for 0.6 and we expect a final relesae when we've ironed out some more of the bugs. You'll need a 32 bit installation of VLC if you want to utilise video support - 64 bit VLC won't work (this applies even to 64 bit systems.)
