Changes made from last release Version 1.02:

* Fixed the broken inability to have changes that were made in the Setup Alerts applet to carry over into the main graph (sincere apologies!)
* Added ability to automatically save and retreieve setting for both main utility and Setup Alerts applet. INI file stored in Plotter.ini which is located in application install directory.
* Fixed a couple of other minor bugs.
