BUG FIXES

The starting values and estimation constraints structure in fit_blis() function were fixed to work with the new version of the mirt package (versions 1.43 onwards).
Missing parts of the Logistic regression note in "DIF/Fairness -- Method comparison" tab of the app were fixed.
