News - Add file name cleaner
New File Name Cleaner section
In the File Name Cleaner section of the application menu, you can clean and modify file names in a specific folder using user-defined patterns and substitution rules.
The source folder is selected in the Origin Folder field. You can define a pattern in the Pattern field from which the text will be deleted, you can also add substitution rules in the Substitution Rules table. File names are loaded by clicking the Reload button, and cleaned by clicking the Clean File Names button. Changes are applied with the Apply Changes button.
At the bottom, a table is shown with the original file names and the modified names, allowing you to manually edit the names before applying the changes. Relevant messages and alerts for the user are also shown.
