1. 字数统计替换为 ICU 实现并修改了部分统计规则。
2. 规避 wxMSW-2.8.12 及以下版本的 4373 号 bug。

2.9.2:
1. 修正用“全部替换”将十六进制串替换为空串导致崩溃的问题。
2. 修正查找由空格和tab组成的十六进制串导致崩溃的问题。
3. 程序图标增加 16x16、32x32、256x156 分辨率。
4. 版本库中移除了独立小工具 image2xpm 的代码。
5. 更新中文翻译。

1. 更新简体中文翻译。
2. 修正简/繁体中文 Windows 下忽略大小写搜索 '\u00c0'（à）等字符会匹配空格的问题。
3. 修正一些字符大小写转换、忽略大小写查找/排序问题（尤其 Windows 下）。

2. avoided the bug 4373 of wxMSW-2.8.12 or lower.
3. fixed crash on UNIX-like OS when create a second tab.
4. updated translation files and Chinese translations.

1. fixed crash when hex-replacing a not-empty string with empty by "Replace All".
2. fixed crash when hex-searching a blank string.
3. application icon: added 16x16, 32x32 and 256x156 resolutions.
4. removed standalone tool image2xpm.

1. updated Simplified Chinese translation.
2. fixed a bug on Windows that case-insensitive searching '\u00c0' matches '\u0020'(space) with Chinese-Simplified/Traditional locale.
3. fixed some characters case conversion, case-insensitive searching and sorting problems especially on Windows.
