Cons: We are happy with all the features and have no big issues at the moment. also our customers are happy with the solution.

Overall: Excellent solution and very easy to use. We can recommend the product to all companies which want an easy way to centralize their employee signatures management.

Pros: I like that you can upload your design and easy to make changes. I like that the cellphone requires no set up.

Cons: Wish it was a bit cheaper so we could provide it to all our employees. For a small business its quite expensive when you figure in the 365 licence and that it is in USD

Overall: Nice look, easy to install on phones and computer. I wish the pricing was a bit better or part of the overall 365 licence.

It can automatically embed qrcode, with links, contact data (vcard), integrated with google analytics, teams, whatsapp and many other options!

Awesome security! I use my Microsoft 365 password with MFA to use this product.

The product's user interface is simple and intuitive. You don't need to be an IT professional to use the product!

Cons: Controlling licenses in use could be easier, but it's nothing you can't control the way you need to.

Overall: If you have a lot of users in your company, I recommend that you consider deploying this product, as it will save you a lot of time, as well as improve your company's visual identity. You'll find that email signatures worries will be a thing of the past.

Pros: Easy to manage, have a built-in design that you can preview, and also it is easy to add or remove the license.

Cons: I have been using this product and so far everything is great.

Overall: It is a good tool to centralize the signature for everyone in the company and update it at any time without the user even noticing it. Highly recommended!

Pros: It is easy to integrate a tenant, and the provided tool for creating Signatures is easy to use and very intuitive. The permission management is also excellent though out with using active directory groups or users.

Cons: The only downside right now is the fact that there is no add in for Outlook for Mac because a lot of users are Mac users, especially for a team with large marketing and design department.
Changes made from the integrated apps setting on office admin center take a while to deploy, especially when adding new users to the solution.

Overall: Simplicity of this software is amazing. Very easy to use and understand. The ability to see signatures in real time is another feature we like with this product.

Pros: It is easy to use and the price is also quite fair. The structure of the tool lets you start right away, without hassle or any training needed.

Cons: As far I can not really find any cons. The interface could be a bit more modern, but this is just my impression.

Overall: Very good tool. Everyone feels comfortable using it and it is very easy to make changes and rollout your signatures.

Pros: The ease of setting up global signatures with a few clicks, no enduser action is required. This tools saves our helpdesk loads of time and ups our professional endorsement for our business customers!

Cons: Fine tuning license usage: licenses are pooled and taken by anyone who passes the service.

Overall: This tool gives our support desk a comfortable positions when helping our clients setting up uniformed signatures.
It's a professional boost for us as reseller but also, and foremost, for our customers.

Cons: Initially, we were only allowed one local admin, which caused some difficulties. They recently remedied that shortcoming.

Overall: This was one of the easiest implementation projects we've done. We started with a free trial before moving to full implementation across our entire enterprise. CodeTwo has all the functionality of the solution it replaced at a fraction of the cost.

Pros: I like the option of this application very much. You can create any signature you can dream of, add images and link website.

Cons: I am not a fan of subscribing to a program, but I guess the pricing is fair.

Overall: Even if you are a small business this program gives you very good solution for a professional looking Email signature.

Cons: Application to setup the signature but CodeTwo fixed this with web application.

Overall: I started using CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 about four years ago. I have more free time after that.

Pros: Software is easy to install and easy to use. All configuration can be done in a browser without installing software.

Cons: Deployment of the modern CodeTwo Signatures Web Add-in works only with Outlook as part of an office 365 subscription. This type of deployment does not work (yet) with standalone versions of Outlook (with perpetual licenses).

Overall: For the product you need to buy a number of users/licenses. It would be nice that when this number is exceeded that it continues to work for all users for a certain period of time (grace period of e.g. on month). Because then you can more easily see how many licenses you really need.

Pros: The ability to have consistent signatures across the organisation

Good and responsive support and sales team.

Cons: There are not any that I have come across. Everything works great and if we have ever had an issue the support team have resolved our issues the same day.

Overall: We love this tool and recommend it to our customers. We even use this ourselves! Highly recommended if you are looking for a centrally managed signature tool.

Pros: I enjoy not having to think about my email signature anymore! CodeTwo has a fantastic Sales and Service team who are professional, friendly and they get back to me in a timely manner.

Cons: I would prefer to be able to see the cost of our tenants subscriptions on the main tenant page, but that is the only 'con' that I have experienced with CodeTwo.

Overall: I have been working with CodeTwo for a couple of years now and value the ease of purchasing and editing subscriptions. I enjoy using the product and seeing that every employee at my company has a standard signature - it looks professional and organized!

Pros: CodeTwo offers a product that has great flexibility by nature since all of the HTML background code is editable. They also have an awesome HTML specialist team for help with specific questions regarding the design.

Cons: The online web editor needs a lot of work because it doesn't allow you to have complete control over the tiny details of the design. Though this is easily avoidable by writing the HTML code manually instead.

Overall: I love CodeTwo and I really think it is the best solution for central HTML signature management. this is why I design and refer all of my interested customers to CodeTwo.

Pros: I configured the product independently since its use is really easy and when I found myself making mistakes in the settings, the support immediately helped me solve the problem. This led me to understand how important the management of signatures has become and above all to use a serious and valid product with excellent support behind it.

Cons: I haven't found anything yet.

Overall: I recommend the product since I am absolutely satisfied with it.
