Modento

Pros: We switched from another company over to Modento a few months ago. It has made doing patient paperwork, covid screening and checking in for appointments now that we have no waiting room so much easier! It also loads much faster than our old system to have updated information on patients and it uploads right into the patients information and smart docs!

Cons: The only thing that we don't like is that it doesn't send out phone calls along with the texts and emails.

Overall: Overall a truly great product and we will be sticking with them for a long time! We are grateful to have found this software.

Pros: There are a lot of paperless features like new patient forms, consent forms, etc. The system is good at sending reminder texts to patients and patients also like the high tech aspect of all this.

Cons: Some features take a bit of time to learn how to use them but the functionalities are good.

Overall: Overall, I believe paperless charting and text reminders are a must in 2020, and Modento provides that really well

Pros: Our entire team is thrilled with Modento, the ease of use, customer service, updates & more! We are so happy we made the switch and love working with you!

Cons: Nothing comes to mind but if something does come up we reach out to customer service.

Overall: Mobile check, paperless instant connection with our software, communication with patients and your great customer service! We love that you take our input and implement it with your updates so fast!

Pros: I love all the features that they allow us to use for our patients. Everything is very straight forward. Whenever we need a new form made, they are on top of it!

Cons: If there is one area of improvement, it would be the ability to check whether a patient has been sent a set of forms directly on the Modento interface. As it stands, we are only able to do so using OpenDental, our scheduling software. Just a quality of life issue, but other than that, nice program!

Overall: I would definitely recommend this program to anybody who wants to use a succinct communication software to better contact their patients for anything from direct messages to treatment plan distribution.

Pros: We love Modento! It is user friendly and patients love getting the paperwork sent to their phones.

Cons: It does not auto populate the statements from Dentrix but are working on a way to do it.

Overall: Great we love it! Helps a lot with front office duties! Texting is so easy and patients love it! Forms are great and easy to fill out.

Pros: Everything, especially the service!!! They are very responsive to meeting the needs of their clients.

Cons: Nothing. The service is always spectacular!!!!!!!!!

Overall: Experience is always superb. They are always updating the software to benefit the doctors and their staff.

Cons: Too many clicks to prepare a treatment plan/patient paperwork.

Overall: Overall it's a really great system and has made our communication with patients more efficient and timely.

Pros: I found Modento by just reading a Facebook post for an office manager group, and it has been the best thing ever! After watching videos and meeting with Modento, we decided to make the change. We are just barely going live with Modento, but everything has been so great. They have explained every feature, and answered every question. Everyone I have dealt with has been super kind and helpful. The customer service has been excellent. Within 10 mins on chat we had an issue resolved. Every time I finish talking with someone I feel it was a positive experience. Modento is a powerful tool for any dental office!

Cons: There’s nothing not to like. Every thing has been wonderful.

Overall: Our experience had been great and positive. Everything is simple and easy to understand. It is going to be a great tool to help our office communicate with patients easily.

Pros: Love how easy it is to communicate with patients, get electronic forms completed (and automatically uploaded to Eaglesoft) and team chat!

Cons: I do not have any cons currently. We have only been using Modento for around a month now.

Pros: We use Modento every day. It does more than I could ask for. Do a demo ASAP! The price is great and I get a ton of Google reviews.

Pros: There are SO many pros to Modento - voicemail drops, treatment plans, CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have never experienced better service from any company ever! We love, love, love Modento!

Cons: We have been using Modento for almost a year now and cannot come up with a single con. Any time we have had an issue, they have been incredibly prompt to resolve it.

Overall: Our office could not function without Modento. It truly is incredible software that helps us manage our patients in a way unlike any other dental partner out there.

Pros: Love how much time it has saved us and how everything goes directly into the patient's chart. Love that consents can be signed prior to them coming in as well as patient info. Def saves us a lot of time.

Cons: You have to manually sync patient sometimes. There's not many glitches or anything that we've encountered so far.

Overall: Love Modento! Whenever we need help or have a question, I always get my answers within minutes. I would recommend to other offices.

Pros: Easy to use, functionality is great and we are able to use if we are on the go. Our patients also enjoy the paper free and notifications it gives them.

Cons: At this time we don't have any complaints of the service or functionality and love that they are constantly striving for more functions and doing updates with great changes.

Overall: Overall the platform works great and we use it throughout all of our practices. It really makes doing paperwork, communicating with patients, and payments processing super easy and less time consuming.

Pros: Excellent response time from the team, great product and price. As one of the first users I will say I am still happy with their customer service and product. I foresee myself continuing this product in the future.

Cons: No cons that I am aware of. It is a conglomerate of their competitors with all the features that I am looking for.

Overall: I have recommended Modento to every colleague I know. The price is very competitive and lower than their competitors.

Pros: The features you get for what you pay are unbelievable. Customer service is is top notch. Great company to work with.

Cons: Not much really - they are always working to improve it.

Overall: Like it a lot overall- almost don't want to say it so too many people don't use it. Really a great investment.

Pros: Paperless forms, consents, and treatment plans. Ability to text patients and collect payments virtually.

Cons: None - we are so happy with this subscription and consider it something we could not do without.

Overall: Very very happy we added Modento services. It has streamlined our intake process and minimizes time wasted with patients filling out paperwork in office - which allows us to run a much more efficient schedule.
