Pros: So easy to punch in and out. Easy to adjust time, the map is always accurate and is helpful to ensure honesty. Being able to go back to previous weeks is also helpful.

Cons: I haven't come across anything that I do not like.

Overall: What a blessing for our small business. So easy to use and anytime I have had a question, they resounded very quickly.

Pros: The desktop and app are really great for all employees. Employees out in the field can track their time and job name. We love that we can have employees punch in/out, and/or enter hours for specific jobs they are doing. The "notes" section is a great addition. The reports feature is very useful as well. We can't say enough about this company. Customer service is always available and helpful!

Cons: We do, at times, get complaints that employees can't punch in/out on the app.

Overall: We are very happy with the company and efficiency of the software. We have recommended it to other businesses. Highly recommend!

Pros: I like the whole system. Timecards has been so much easier for me to review. I really like that you can do it by your phone and you can see where the employees are clocking in and out from.

Cons: If I change anything regarding timecards it changes even the past history. Such as, a person has auto lunch punch for 1.0 hours, but things have changed and we have to change the employee back to doing punch in and out. It will not only change things moving forward, it changes the past.

Overall: Overall, I like the system. It does not take long to put anyone in the system. It is easier for me to keep track of the times. It's nice that all employees can do it by phone.

Pros: Super easy interface, no one gets confused on how to use it. Simple, quick, easy and affordable. Perfect for us!

Cons: Wish there were a few more report options, such as pulling punch times that include breaks and lunch.

Overall: Excellent, couldn't be happier. No plans on leaving anytime soon! It has made time tracking so much better than our prior punch cards. :)

Super detailed if needed, but not necessary in order to use the system. Love the map pins as well. Makes keeping track so much easier.

Cons: Once in a while there's an error on employees' apps, but don't know if that's actually accurate as it could be their phones.

Overall: I highly recommend these guys. Easy and way more affordable than other competitors. I'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.

Overall: Love this system - works great with our payroll system and the employees love the ease of use. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Just a few years ago we were still using physical time cards and a time clock. Finding the right solution meant having the features we needed at a price we could afford. On The Clock was the perfect solution for us. It is flexible, feature rich, easy to use, quick to deploy, and affordable.

Cons: The only con I can think of is that we didn't migrate to this solution earlier!

Overall: Just like in the Flintstone's, once we removed the dinosaur that would punch the time cards, the staff was elated. The staff could clock in and out remotely and request time via the app. Our administrator could easily track time-off balances and generate reports for accurate payroll submission. Excellent solution at an excellent price.

Pros: I like this app it is very user friendly, all my employees like using it as well. They leave messages.

Cons: Everything is great, I can't find anything wrong with this app or feature.

Overall: The experience I have with on the clock has been great. Customer service helps you if you have questions or concerns.

Pros: The convenience of the website is very nice for myself and my staff. Clocking in out is fast for myself and the staff. Also I enjoy the feature that send me updates when the staff is running into overtime.

Cons: There are no cons for me. When clocking in and out convenience is what matters in this website provides that.

Overall: The website is very user friendly. When needing to make adjustments to clock ins/outs I never have any issues.

Pros: Clocking in with ease. It eliminates issues when doing weekly payroll. The employees seem to like it app.

Cons: Reminder to employees if they forget to clock out.

Overall: My experience is great with one the clock.com. I am able to calculate time easily and making the schedule is easier.

Pros: It's very user friendly and am able to make changes when employees don't punch in correctly - They just leave notes and I can easily correct it as an ADMIN.

Cons: No complaints -other than when I first started using it -getting some of the features activated but that was it.

Overall: Been using this app now for years and they continue to improve it - now we can track personal time off!! Love it.

Pros: It helps us manage our employees time very very good! I use it for all my office employees and i can keep track on the time on and off for everyone.

Cons: It sometimes doesn't let one of my employees clock out while using the app on the phone, i'm not sure if its because of her phone or an error on the app.

Overall: It's been a great experience over the few years we've had it. The employees like it also because they can use it on their phones and on the computer without a hassle.

Pros: An amazing program which is designed for every eventuality.
An even better staff willing and able to help new users, as well as old users who hit a situation they had not countered with clear and concise directions, patience, and as though glad to help. Just the best staff!

Cons: I have not found anything I do not like.

Overall: I always know if I make a mistake or am totally lost that I will be helped out of my problem. There is absolutely no way not to succeed with On the Clock.

Pros: Easy to Use; Free! PTO capabilities, mobile app--Just an all around great product. I recommend this software to everyone.

Cons: I like everything about On the Clock. There are no cons.

Overall: This is a great product and its worked for me and my team. I especially like how intuitive it is. I also like the App!

Pros: It's mobile, the phone app is easy to use and accessible. the fact that it's a website means any smart device can open it.

Cons: The way that I have to set up time periods. Have to cut off the in the middle of a week is strange.

Overall: Overall good. I have no complaints about the layout and the user friendly for my staff. This is a great site.

Pros: I can log in and see where my employees are while clocked in, it gives accurate payroll rates, it can be accessed from any device.

Cons: The GPS tracking tool hasn't been consistently working recently. It needs to be fixed.

Overall: I've had this program for several years. Until the GPS tracking tool started messing up, I had no complaints about this program. It has cut down my time spent on payroll as well as allowed me to log in and see which job my crew is on.

Pros: Very easy and intuitive to use. The employees like it because they can also use their mobile devices to check in-and-out. As the owner, I really like the time card reports and transferring the time cards directly into Quickbooks.

Cons: A little finicky when it comes to having to edit and employees timecard. But once you've done it there's no more issue.

Overall: A system we plan on keeping for a long time despite many other options that are available. We feel it's the best value out there.

Cons: We have been using on the clock for serval year now and really cannot think of any cons.

Overall: We have been using on the clock for several years and have never had any issues. Lets you use for free up to 2 people and over 2 is a small fee. Very easy to set up and use. We have tried other services but on the clock works best for us and our needs.

Pros: I love the ease, the IP address lockdown/security, the employee remote access and communication for employees and managers.

Cons: It can get a bit pricey when you have more and more employees join the company. When company is small the price is FANTASTIC but as you grow the price becomes harder to swallow.

Overall: Great product and super easy to use! Would definitely recommend. Be mindful of how long you leave employees on your active roster to contain costs.

Pros: It's very easy to use and keep track of my staff's time cards. I can easily edit and adjust time. No problems.

Cons: Like it a lot, would definitely recommend to others that need a way to keep track of time sheets.
