    Pros: Nothing. A very expensive purchase for the price of over £30 pcm. Not what it says on the box.

    Cons: Everything.

    Overall: Software scanned and showed 99 drivers out of date. Managed to update 12 of them. Very poor efficiency for price.

    Pros: Not a lot, made a mistake when typing in licence key, waiting to get another. Also thought it was a bit pricey, but the y sent me 10, for one little laptop, should have specified that one. I don't need 10.

    Cons: Getting charged for 10, for one little laptop, so not happy.

    Overall: Would like more options on the survey, can't use it no licence key, my fault pricey, till I found out charged for 10. just thought I was purchasing 1. I only have one laptop. can't get past how often do I use it. Not at all.

    "AVOID Outbyte Driver Updater"

    Pros: It shows you all the drivers that might not be latest.
    Promises to fix all on a Free - one time only.

    Cons: Doesn't deliver as it promises.
    Disables the drivers that are needed.

    Overall: Really bad experience. Instead of updating, it disabled some of the drivers like trackpad on my laptop and then won't allow me to fix it as the free version gives you option to fix only once during which it disabled the driver.
    Customer Service useless.
    I had to reset my laptop to factory default to get rid of this software.
    will not recommend it at all.

    "Amateur and user unfriendly"

    Pros: Who can tell since it take building a mountain to even find out how to make it work. Clearly needs a lot of work and no place to unsubscribe.

    Cons: Homepage is wholly inadequate. No information on how to make it work without tons of machinations on the user's part. It is like working on software from the 80s, there is nothing easily accessible or informational in any respect to even try it.

    Overall: Please don't put out what isn't ready to work. Don't make me type just to fill up your space. The product is amateur at best. Can't even exit the review because they ask questions which don't apply. I DO NOT USE IT as it doesn't work and you don't pay me to spend my time on the phone with you.

    Pros: There is literally nothing positive about a piece of software that cons you into believing it will solve your PC problems.

    Cons: I paid for something that didn't work, at all. And it constantly asks "will you please take a survey?" god no, i want you off my PC.

    Overall: They pretended to "solve my PC issues with updating my driver issues" and I paid for it, like a noob. It's a hack software designed to get you to subscribe to their customer service hotline because, quite obviously, they don't offer a product that works.

    Pros: High standard technical support.

    Cons: None.

    Overall: I would like to express my gratitude to Outbyte Customer Care team who helped me out of a pretty tight spot. I could have lost my job if it wasn’t for those guys. My PC that I work on suddenly went blue screen, thank god I found Outbyte online just in time. In a matter of an hour I was already getting help from their technicians, and a great help, as my PC has been working flawlessly since. Outstanding service, will post this everywhere I can!

    Overall: I liked Outbyte at once as they successfully fixed my PC and got me my job back! I’ve never come across such patient support, they’ve been answering my “super smart” questions for all these months, very helpful. Me personally it gives a great sense of security, for as anything happens to my computer I have somebody to ask for help.

    Pros: Does what it promises.

    Cons: Interface design would use some improvements.

    Overall: Decent software, after trying several similar ones can say that this one is worth a shot.
    People who complain about the program for crushing their PCs, have you heard about reading the instructions before applying anything in your system, or at least restore points?! Sorry for being harsh, but what is this notion for leaving bad reviews without even trying to understand what you are using.
    In my opinion the developers did a great job, the program is fine, and I’m planning on using it further on.

    "This program saved my life"

    Pros: Love you guys.

    Cons: Shame I haven’t heard about you earlier.

    Overall: I have been suffering from severe slowdown on my PC, getting worse with regular freezes and crashes.
    Besides cleaning out junk (which actually proved to be quite helpful on its own), the program helped sort out installed apps and remove the ones I don’t need. I would go and explore the program even more by myself, but then I realized that there is also live tech support available, so I just texted them asking for help. Their tech specialist called be back, connected to my PC and in a blink of an eye dealt with everything, it’s like I have a new computer now.

    Pros: In the one to two minutes I had Outbyte on my computer, it fixed absolutely nothing. No pros at all.

    Cons: Attempting to use Outbyte sabotaged my computer by locking out my keyboard. Now I cannot enter my pin into my lock screen.

    Do not use Outbyte, at all, ever. It is malware.

    Overall: Terrible with no end in sight. I cannot log into my own fucking computer! Not only is the problem not fixed, but my computer is sabotaged.
