You need not find a Tagalog Dictionary, all you need is Tugma. Tugma is a small application that (strictly speaking) searches for Filipino words that end or start with the same syllable (or letters). It contains 1800+ Filipino words and allow its users to find rhymes in 'Hulapi' or 'Unlapi'.
