XLIFF Translator Tool
Simple XLIFF (*.xlf 1.2 and 2.0) editor with merge/import feature
With this tool you can simply manage and update your translation files. Open old translations file, import newly generated file. Old translations won't be touched and new translations will be added to the list. Write translations in "Target" column, then "Save as..." file. Columns are resizable, reorderable and sortable. xliff-translate-ready
translate your xliff files through copy/paste
This simple app removes everything else but <target>sentence to be translated</target> (including target tags) and puts everything in a list. That list can then be copy/pasted into translate.google.com or any other translation app. Afterwards the result can be pasted back in the app and a new xliff file can be created for your desired language. -

PHPxliffreader is a PHP library for easily reading basic information from bilingual XLIFF files, such as source text, target text, match percentage, lock status, etc. It can read XLIFF files generated by several diferent CAT tools, including SDL Trados Studio, Idiom Worldserver, Geoworkz/Lionbridge's Translation Workspace/Logoport, and XTM, and it can be easily extended with plugins to support other files formats.

xliffRoundTrip automates a roundtrip between any XML file and XLIFF. It consists of 2 XSL files + Java source. The 1st transforms XML to XLIFF. The 2nd transforms that XLIFF back to the original XML, i.e., after a language translation on the XLIFF file. locale4j is a Java library for working with localization data. The library currently supports the TMX file format. Future versions will support XLIFF, po and resource bundles. Translations can also be stored in memory or in a database for use at runtime.
