c-icap is an implementation of an ICAP server. It can be used with HTTP proxies that support the ICAP protocol such as the Squid 3.x HTTP proxy server to implement content adaptation/filtering services.

Now you can argue that my website was just not safe enough because who ever placed this code had been able to get in. That is true and the ideal situation is to have such a safe website that nobody can break in.
