OVATION Prime is a seasonal model of the diffuse, monoenergetic, proton, and wave aurora. The OVATION Prime model is written in IDL and was developed at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU-APL) by Patrick Newell and co-workers. This current version includes updates to the retrospective and real time components, several efficiency enhancements and a user configuration as implemented by Rob Redmon and Janet Machol of NOAA. The LibreOffice Java MessageBox Class simplifies generation of a com.sun.star.awt.XMessageBox with a custom title and message, a selected icon (determined by MessageBoxType), and selected response buttons. The selections are made using the same values as for XMessageBox. Return values are identical to those of XMessageBox excepting addition of an error return value. For convenience, the selection and return values are included as comments in the source file. The Neural Assembly Simulation Environment (NASE) is a collection of routines written in the Interactive Data Language (IDL) by Research Systems Inc. It provides routines to simulate neural networks and to visualize those networks' behavior.

The software can be used to co-localize spots in 2 or 3 movies containing single molecule fluorescence data with surface immobilized molecules. If movies are taken on more than 1 camera, offset files can be made and then used to warp one of the movies (or two of the movies if working with three).
