The mingw-w64 project is a complete runtime environment for gcc to support binaries native to Windows 64-bit and 32-bit operating systems.

A 32/64/16-bit Pascal compiler for Win32/64/CE, Linux, Mac OS X/iOS, Android, FreeBSD, OS/2, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo NDS and DOS; semantically compatible with Delphi, Borland Pascal and Mac Pascal (partially) with extra features, e.g. operator overloading.

Turbo Pascal (With DOSBox) (TPWDB) is a free and open source compiler and Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for Pascal language on Windows 64 Bit and 32 Bit. Using basic Pascal programming, many functions, no need to install multiple steps and integrate some other tools.

PyInstaller is a program that converts (packages) Python programs into stand-alone executables, under Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, AIX and Solaris. Its main advantages over similar tools are that PyInstaller works with any version of Python since 2.3, it builds smaller executables thanks to transparent compression, it is fully multi-platform, and uses the OS support to load the dynamic libraries, thus ensuring full compatibility. The main goal of PyInstaller is to be compatible with 3rd-party packages out-of-the-box. This means that, with PyInstaller, all the required tricks to make external packages work are already integrated within PyInstaller itself so that there is no user intervention required. You'll never be required to look for tricks in wikis and apply custom modification to your files or your setup scripts. As an example, libraries like PyQt, Django or matplotlib are fully supported, without having to handle plugins or external data files manually.

Babel is a toolchain that helps you write code in the latest version of JavaScript. MLton is a whole-program optimizing compiler for Standard ML. MLton generates small executables with excellent runtime performance, utilizing untagged and unboxed native integers, reals, and words, unboxed native arrays, fast arbitrary-precision arithmetic based on GnuMP, and multiple code generation and garbage collection strategies. In addition, MLton provides a feature rich Standard ML programming environment, with full support for SML97 as given in The Definition of Standard ML (Revised), a number of useful language extensions, a complete implementation of the Standard ML Basis Library, various useful libraries, a simple and fast C foreign function interface, the ML Basis system for programming with source libraries, and tools such as a lexer generator, a parser generator, and a profiler.
