WxTools (Weather Data Tool Suite) is a collection of software for collecting and displaying weather data from various weather stations. The software works with the Fine Offset WH290 and similar models (including clones such as the Pro-Signal PSG04173). It also works with the Oregon Scientific WMR180 weather station (and probably similar models such as the WMR88 and WMR100) as well as the older WMR928. Sample weather data is provided.

BNS - Burris Numerical System was written to store the last digit of a number in 3 dimensional space but store the rest of the number mathematically in the 4th dimension of space. The result is that no matter how long the number is you can write it down on a piece of paper and put it in your pocket. The software can be used to retrieve the number. QMXML is an open source project with a focus on producing an XML API for OpenQM. This project will provide XML document generation and handling capabilities.

QChartist is an open source technical analysis software. Its purpose is to provide a complete set of tools to perform technical analysis on charts and data. It helps to make forecasts mainly for markets but can also be used for weather or any quantifiable data. The program is flexible and its functionalities can be easily extended. You can draw geometrical shapes on your charts or plot programmable indicators from your data. It is also possible to filter or merge data. I got a little inspired from MT4 allowing a fairly easy portability of programmed indicators from MT4 to QChartist. It is now faster and much more professional thanks to the use of a C++ layer (used mostly for calculations) over the standard Basic layer (used mostly for the GUI interface). You can use astro indicators and functions from a library for astronomical calculations. You can get realtime quotations thanks to perl scripts.
