GXSM -- Gnome X Scanning Microscopy: A multi-channel image and vector-probe data acquisition and visualization system designed for SPM techniques (STM,AFM..), but also SPA-LEED/LEED/LEEM data analysis. A plug-in interface allows any user add-on data-processing and special hardware and instrument support. Latest: NC-AFM and related explorative methods as SQDM can be configured. High-Speed external PAC-PLL hardware option with digital DSP link. Zhu3D is an interactive OpenGL-based mathematical function viewer. You can visualize functions, parametric systems and isosurfaces. The viewer supports special effects like animation, morphing, transparency, textures, fog and motion blur.

Eirik is a tool for exploring large data sets, by using statistical analyses and multiple linked visualizations for data reduction. It relies on R, QT4 and OpenGL. Developed as part of AstroGrid/VOTech, Eirik uses Ice and xmlrpc for distributed computing.

GoIFISH has been developed for the analysis of IFISH (Immunofluorescence + Fluorescence in situ Hybridisation) images, performing nuclear, membrane and spot detection. Users can manually edit segmentation results, perform background adjustments, construct heatmaps, topology maps, and perform cell classification. All results can be exported for further analysis. GoIFISH has been developed in MATLAB, however binaries are provided to run the program outside of the MATLAB environment. Source code is also available for download.
