SciDAVis is a user-friendly data analysis and visualization program primarily aimed at high-quality plotting of scientific data. It strives to combine an intuitive, easy-to-use graphical user interface with powerful features such as Python scriptability.

The main purpose of this program is to provide functionality for extract hardcoded subtitles (hardsub) from video. It provides two main features: 1) Autodetection of frames with hardcoded text (hardsub) on video with saving info about timing positions. 2) Generation of cleared from background text images, which allows with usage of OCR programs (like FineReader, Subtitle Edit, Google Drive) to generate complete subtitles with original text and timing. QtiPlot is a user-friendly, platform independent data analysis and visualization application similar to the non-free Windows program Origin.

Alpha Plot can generate different types of 2D and 3D plots (such as line, scatter, bar, pie, and surface plots) from data that is either imported from ASCII files, entered by hand, or calculated using formulas. The data is held in spreadsheets which are referred to as tables with column-based data (typically X and Y values for 2D plots) or matrices (for 3D plots). The spreadsheets as well as graphs and note windows are gathered in a project and can be organized using folders. The built-in analysis operations include column/row statistics, (de)convolution, FFT and FFT-based filters. Scripting Console support in-place evaluation of mathematical expressions and scrtipting interface to ECMAScript like dynamic scripting language(java script). A multiplatform C++ library for dynamic generation of Excel .xls files containing multiple worksheets. Unlike .csv files, these can be directly opened by Excel and thus provide an excellent way to output large data sets that require further analysis. QChartist is a free and open source technical analysis charting software. Its purpose is to provide a complete set of tools to perform technical analysis on charts and data. It helps to make forecasts mainly for markets but can also be used for weather or any quantifiable data. The program is flexible and its functionalities can be easily extended. You can draw geometrical shapes on your charts or plot programmable indicators from your data. It is also possible to filter or merge data. I got a little inspired from MT4 allowing a fairly easy portability of programmed indicators from MT4 to QChartist. It is now faster and much more professional thanks to the use of a C++ layer (used mostly for calculations) over the standard Basic layer (used mostly for the GUI interface). You can use astro indicators and functions from a library for astronomical calculations. You can get real time quotations thanks to Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, Tiingo, Stooq, Finnhub and Twelvedata data sources.

DRAMMS is a software package designed for 2D-to-2D and 3D-to-3D deformable medical image registration tasks. Released by Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) at the University of Pennsylvania. Some typical applications of DRAMMS include, -- Cross-subject registration of the same organ (can be brain, breast, cardiac, etc); -- Mono- and Multi-modality registration (MRI, CT, histology); -- Longitudinal registration (pediatric brain growth, cancer development, mouse brain development, etc); -- Registration under missing correspondences (e.g., vascular lesions, tumors, histological cuts). The Orfeo Toolbox is a C++ library for high resolution remote sensing image processing. It is developped by CNES in the frame of the ORFEO program.
