It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder. -

Stuttering Chinese word segmentation
"Jaba" Chinese word segmentation, do the best Python Chinese word segmentation component. Four word segmentation modes are supported. Precise mode, which tries to cut the sentence most precisely, suitable for text analysis. Full mode, scans all the words that can be formed into words in the sentence, the speed is very fast, but the ambiguity cannot be resolved. The search engine mode, on the basis of the precise mode, divides the long words again to improve the recall rate, which is suitable for word segmentation in search engines. The paddle mode uses the PaddlePaddle deep learning framework to train the sequence labeling (bidirectional GRU) network model to achieve word segmentation. Also supports part-of-speech tagging. To use paddle mode, you need to install paddlepaddle-tiny, pip install paddlepaddle-tiny==1.6.1. Currently paddle mode supports jieba v0.40 and above. For versions below jieba v0.40, please upgrade jieba, pip install jieba --upgrade. -

Slim is a Ruby template language whose goal is reduce the syntax to the essential parts without becoming cryptic. The initial design of Slim is what you see on the home page. It started as an exercise to see how much could be removed from a standard html template (<, >, closing tags, etc.). As more people took an interest in Slim, the functionality grew and so did the flexibility of the syntax. Slim will strive to maintain simplicity, but not everyone's definition of a readable syntax is the same. The docs will show you the options. Short syntax without closing tags (Using indentation instead) HTML style mode with closing tags. Slim is a fast, lightweight templating engine with support for Rails 3 and later. It has been heavily tested on all major ruby implementations. We use continuous integration (travis-ci). Slim uses Temple for parsing/compilation and is also integrated into Tilt, so it can be used together with Sinatra or plain Rack. -

Written in the Ada programming language, William Whitaker's Words Latin dictionary provides definitions and grammatical analysis of words found in Latin texts. It can deduce the dictionary form of a word based on the form actually found in a text. It can handle Latin words, phrases, or whole files. The dictionary contains some 39000 entries, as would be counted in an ordinary dictionary. This may generate many hundreds of thousands of 'words' that one can construct over all the declensions and conjugations. A few hundred prefixes and suffixes further enlarge the range. These will generate tens of thousands of additional words. An English-to-Latin feature uses the same data to provide the Latin equivalent of an English word. -
