This is a collection of tools to be used in working with Term Base eXchange (TBX); an open, XML based standard for exchanging structured terminological data submitted for adoption under ISO 30042 Technical Committee 37.

Thymeleaf Property Extractor (ThExtractor in short) is a java-written app that given a folder or a html file, extracts every Thymeleaf localisation tags (for example: th:text="#{myString}") to a properties file, to ease and fasten the development of your Spring web app. It's really easy to use! Just run the jar, and browse for your HTML (or a folder containing them) in the first field, and browse for a target .properties file (or create one!) in the second field. And then... do magic!

Trancestris is the translation tool for Ancestris, our genealogy program. Written in Java, trancestris is available for all OS.

Transtrl is a need-to-Translate String Locator. It is an eclipse plugin that locates the constant strings that require translation for Java software internationalization (i18n) and further localization (L10n). The developers can either use the tool to work out a internationalized version quickly or check whether they forget to externalize some constant strings in their i18ned versions. The new version of the tool (TransVis) also support visualize how constant strings flows to the GUI and how the string is concatenated with other strings.

Woodpecker is a Java ResourceBundle property file editor. It provides friendly and platform native UI, Java access class generator and other exciting features.

This very Beta tool processes XML files to XLIFF 2.0, and back. As today 28Oct2013, XLIFF 2.0 is not yet an OASIS Specification. It just completed its second public review. Note: This tool and the XLIFF 2.0 specification are very likely to change. There are two versions: the command line version, cl_xrt4x2V01.jar; and the Graphical User Interface version, xrt4x2V01.jar. Any well-formed, XML file that *DOES NOT have XML Namespaces will be transformed to an XLIFF 2.0 file. The file may be translated. The translated file may then be transformed back into its original XML format. *Note: Future versions of this program will process XML Namespaces. Once the tool clear Beta, and once XLIFF 2.0 becomes an official standard, this tool will be folded into the existing xliffRoundTrip Tool (currently for XLIFF 1.2) project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/xliffroundtrip/) and this project will terminate.
