RenderDoc is a free MIT licensed stand-alone graphics debugger that allows quick and easy single-frame capture and detailed introspection of any application using Vulkan, D3D11, OpenGL & OpenGL ES or D3D12 across Windows 7 - 10, Linux, Android, Stadia, or Nintendo Switch™. I work on RenderDoc myself and you can always contact me with any problems or comments. I'll respond to you directly and personally, and I'm used to helping people with private or NDA'd projects. RenderDoc is 100% open source and development all happens on github. Check out the source and see how any feature is implemented, report a bug you've found, or request a new feature or improvement. Usability matters. Tools should have a low barrier to entry and be easy to use and understand. RenderDoc makes the process of getting started as smooth as possible, and simplifies common workflows. Support is distributed separately for authorized developers as part of the NintendoSDK.

Downloads are now available at https://artemiourbina.itch.io/240p-test-suite A homebrew software suite for video game consoles developed to help in the evaluation of upscalers, upscan converters, line doublers and of course TV processing of 240p video. The Wii and Dreamcast versions have modes for 480i and 480p evaluation as well. It has tests designed with the processing of 240p signals in mind, although when possible it includes other video modes and specific tests for them. These have been tested with video processors on real hardware and a variety of displays, including CRTs and Arcade monitors via RGB. As a secondary target, the suite aims to provide tools for calibrating colors, black and white levels for specific console outputs and setups. Current platforms are: Sega Genesis (Mega Drive), Sega CD (Mega CD), PC Engine/Turbografx-16, Super CD-ROM2/CD-ROM2, NES/Famicom, Super Nintendo/Super Famicom, Sega Dreamcast, Nintendo Wii and GameCube.

dvd2xbox is a DVD/CD-R to hdd copy program for the xbox which supports the formats UDF/ISO9660/CDDA (Audio 2 Ogg ripping with freecddb naming, dvd ripping with libdvdread). It provides a simple all at once copy mode and a win commander style disc browser

OpenXDK is an Open Source, Free, Legal Xbox Development Kit. OpenXDK is being developed to facilitate hobbyist and "homebrew" coding for the Microsoft Xbox and providing a free alternative to the official Microsoft XDK.

Agar provides a base GUI framework and a standard set of widgets from which graphical applications can be built which run natively under X11, Windows, MacOS, SDL and others. It takes advantage of texture and GPU acceleration wherever available. Agar can also attach to an existing framebuffer, SDL or OpenGL context and operate as a self-contained window-manager. It includes a standard library of general-purpose widgets, and is also designed to be extended externally. New widgets can be implemented as part of an application or library. Complex user interface elements can be realized often in few lines of code. Agar is also extensible at the low-level. The low-level API is documented such that modular drivers can be written which enable Agar applications to work seamlessly under many platforms graphics systems without any change at the application level.

A 3d graphics engine that utilizes a very minimalist approach to usage.

This is a console application but also has an optional GUI interface. Converts a BMP with 256 colors or less into the Sixel format. Sixel supports a maximum of 256 colors although many terminals only support 16 colors. If your BMP has more than 256 colors, or fewer colors but uses greater than 8 bits per pixel, reduce the color count using a program like IrfanView and "Decrease Color Depth". This program and its older brother PCX2SIX (circa 1995) are responsible for many of the Sixel images floating around the internet today. The original BMP2SIX program written April 2001, now is updated to compile under PellesC, and provides a GUI interface.
