TeXworks is a free and simple working environment for authoring TeX (LaTeX, ConTeXt and XeTeX) documents. PDF-Shuffler is a small python-gtk application, which helps the user to merge or split pdf documents and rotate, crop and rearrange their pages using an interactive and intuitive graphical interface. It is a frontend for python-pyPdf.

gv allows a user to view and navigate through PostScript and PDF documents on an X display by providing a user interface for the ghostscript interpreter. It is based on an older viewer called Ghostview by Tim Thiesen.
