Zerocopy is a Rust library designed to make zero-cost memory manipulation both safe and effortless. It allows developers to reinterpret or convert raw byte sequences into structured types—and vice versa—without writing unsafe code directly. The crate provides safe abstractions for transmuting data while preserving Rust’s strict safety guarantees, removing the need for manual memory manipulation. Zerocopy introduces a suite of conversion traits such as TryFromBytes, FromBytes, IntoBytes, and FromZeros for defining how types can be safely constructed from or written to byte sequences. It also includes marker traits like KnownLayout, Immutable, and Unaligned to define type characteristics used in conversions. Complementing these traits are conversion macros that perform compile-time checks to ensure size and alignment safety, providing zero runtime overhead for unconditional casts.

PyLoris is a scriptable tool for testing a server's vulnerability to connection exhaustion denial of service (DoS) attacks. PyLoris can utilize SOCKS proxies and SSL connections, and can target protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMTP, IMAP, and Telnet.

Marathon provides an integrated environment for test script creation and execution. Supported FW: Web, Java Swing/ Java FX. Currently, Marathon supports JRuby script models for recording the test scripts.Marathon test runner generates Allure test reports.Marathon allows for grouping of test cases.It also has an option of inserting modules while recording(in MarathonITE while recording). It allows tester to inset checklist while recording and also takes screen capture and annotate it in playing the test cases. Extraction of code into modules and inserting it is very easy using marathon.It has different themes of UI which attracts tester to do work on it. Object mapping is quite simple and configuring is very easy for tester to understand and do the work. Debugging of test scripts is also easy and has script console which takes selenium commands. Slow play of test cases is also available.It allows to create multiple fixtures for different types of tests.

We provide MATLAB and Verilog Models of GeAr, and previously proposed adders (ACA-I, ETAII, ACA-II and GDA) at http://sourceforge.net/projects/approxadderlib/ GeAr is a low latency Generic Accuracy Configurable Adder that provides a higher number of potential configurations compared to state-of-the-art approximate adders, thus enabling a high degree of flexibility and trade-off between performance and output quality. These MATALB and Verilog models can allow software programmer as well as hardware designers to evaluate their code and design. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first open-source library of approximate adders that facilitates reproducible comparisons and further research and development in this direction across various layers of design abstraction. This work is a result of collaborative effort between Chair for Embedded Systems (CES) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany and Vision Image and Signal Processing (VISpro) Lab at SEECS-NUST, Pakistan.

Kieker is a framework for continuous monitoring and dynamic analysis of distributed software systems. Being designed for continuous operation, it induces only a low overhead. The TraceAnalysis tool allows to analyze and visualize trace information.

Proxy Tester is a proxy list tester and then it generates a wpad.dat file you can use for your browser based on working servers. wpad.dat file selects a random proxy server from the list of provided working proxy servers with each connection request.

Stochastic Performance Logic (SPL) serves for capturing performance assumptions. With SPL, it is possible to annotate Java functions with assumptions stating, for example, that the annotated function is at most three times slower than array copying. The assumption is then checked at build time in a similar way as standard unit testing. In other words, SPL is about introducing performance assert(). The advantage of SPL in comparison with other similar solutions includes following. SPL formulas uses well-defined logic and statistically sound testing (such as t-test). Next, SPL is aimed at automatic evaluation. And finally, SPL formulas uses relative comparisons (opposed to comparing against fixed time) to provide better portability.

Written with an API similar to Google Test, Celero utilizes C++11 features, offers tested benchmarking capabilities with microsecond precision, baselining, fixtures, and easy test setup. Use the baseline feature to measure/benchmark algorithm performance against a known case to more accurately rate performance of solutions.

Conductor is a Java based, multi-user platform for product agnostic testing. It runs under a web server, contains a UI for test configuration, and contains an optional thin test client.

In order to assure software performance, software needs to be tested accordingly as early as possible - only weaknesses diagnosed early can be assessed quickly and cheaply. ContiPerf enables performance testing already in early development phases and in an easy-to-learn manner: A developer writes a performance test in form of a JUnit 4 test case and adds performance test execution settings as well as performance requirements in form of Java annotations. When JUnit is invoked by an IDE, build script or build server, ContiPerf activates, performs the tests and creates an HTML report. The report provides a detailed overview of execution, requirements and measurements, even providing a latency distribution chart. A large feature set for execution settings and performance requirements is available, e.g. Ramp up, warm up, individual pause timing, concurrent exection of test groups and more.

Quite useful library for code diagnosis. As for now it can measure time of working for simple blocks of code, but features like loop or counters are developed.

Stand alone Java application used simulate a memory leak in order to generate profile signatures. The application has the ability to generate system (CPU) load in order to observe profile signature changes.

Hiper is an open-source command-line tool designed for statistical analysis of web performance and page load behavior during performance testing. The tool repeatedly loads a specified webpage multiple times and gathers detailed timing metrics in order to produce more reliable performance measurements than single-run benchmarks. By averaging data across multiple page loads, Hiper helps developers understand whether performance optimizations actually improve real-world page loading behavior. The tool relies on browser performance timing data to capture metrics such as DNS lookup time, TCP connection time, time to first byte, download duration, DOM readiness, and total page load time. Hiper runs from the command line and can be installed globally using Node.js package managers, making it simple to integrate into development or testing workflows.

A portable testing tool to validate the configuration of XA and two-phase commit for Java EE 6 Containers. The tool permits the stress-testing, performance characterization and correct transaction semantics of distributed transactions across Three XA resource managers by Exception Injection. The thin-client can be run from the command-line or inside the IDE. The server side component includes EJB packaging and some simple Web servlet support for retrieving diagnostic and performance data from the testbed.

A collection of software benchmarks developed to compare the performance of Java with C on identical code. No language libraries were used to avoid implementation differences. Some of the benchmarks are also implemented in Python and Scala. There are benchmarks for bit twiddling, numerical computing, data structure manipulation, concurrent computing, callouts to native libraries, and, graphics processing units (GPU) utilization.
