Open Source BlitzMax Role-Playing Games (RPG)

Power of the Rings II is an old RPG project originally coded in Visual Basic, now ported to BlitzMax. The looks are very oldskool and the story is nice, but pretty basic, still POTR2 offers a challenging gameplay and offers a lot of fun.

Eric thinks he's no good as his sister Rebecca tops him in everything. When he tries to prove himself he gets noticed by evil guys going to hunt him down. How are you gonna solve that? This is an oldskool RPG game in old NES/SNES style, but with still some cool new twists. Features: - Turn based battles - Playable in English and Dutch - Strong storyline - 8 playable characters with their own background and unique spells/skills/abilities - Available for Windows and Mac - Ability to skip random encounters - When you come back in an old dungeon you can even turn the encounters off completely. - Lots of dungeons, bosses and optional bosses This game is still in development.
