Build tooling for Clojure
Boot is a Clojure build framework and ad-hoc Clojure script evaluator. Boot provides a runtime environment that includes all of the tools needed to build Clojure projects from scripts written in Clojure that run in the context of the project. Build processes for applications always end up being complex things. A simple web application, for instance, may require many integrations–asset pipelines, deployment to different environments, the compilation of multiple artifacts with different compilers, packaging, etc. The more complex the build process becomes, the more flexible the build tool needs to be. Static build specifications become less and less useful as the project moves toward completion. Being Lispers we know what to do: Lambda is the ultimate declarative. Instead of building the project based on a global configuration map, boot provides a runtime environment in which a build script written in Clojure can be evaluated. It is this script. -

ChakraCore
ChakraCore is an open source Javascript engine with a C API
ChakraCore is a JavaScript engine with a C API you can use to add support for JavaScript to any C or C compatible project. It can be compiled for x64 processors on Linux macOS and Windows. And x86 and ARM for Windows only. It is a future goal to support x86 and ARM processors on Linux and ARM on macOS. As you may have heard Microsoft Edge no longer uses Chakra. Microsoft will continue to provide security updates for ChakraCore 1.11 until 9th March 2021 but do not intend to support it after that. ChakraCore is planned to continue as a community project targeted primarily at embedded use cases. We hope to produce future releases with new features and enhancements to support such use cases. You can build ChakraCore on Windows 7 SP1 or above, and Windows Server 2008 R2 or above, with either Visual Studio 2015 or 2017 with C++ support installed. -

DRAFT is a development and runtime platform for supporting rapid integration of WSN utility programs. DRAFT consists of a computer-side development environment and node-side middleware which is built upon the Contiki operating system. With DRAFT, developers can quickly assemble WSN utilities into node firmware by writing simple configuration descriptions in the development environment. In DRAFT, each utility is implemented in an individual module, and modules with similar behaviors are grouped into one mode to avoid interference. At runtime, the node-side middleware monitors application and user requests, and automatically switches to an appropriate mode and runs corresponding modules based on developer’s configuration. -

JSchemePlus is an hack of Jscheme 1.4 by Peter Norvig. It allows to redistribute a script in an executable JAR file of only ~40K and implements all of R4RS with a lot of additional functions, like: (execute command) (random) (sequence from up-to step) (split list element) (string-split string sub-string) (read-all-from-file file) (write-to-file file data) (file-size file) etc... For the complete list read the HELP file or type (help). JSchemePlus needs only the Java Virtual Machine (version 6 or higher) that, in the case, is very easy to download and install. -

As it evolves, we find it useful to complement Node.js in CPU-bound tasks, with the capability of executing JavaScript in multiple V8 isolates and communicating between them. Napa.js is exposed as a Node.js module, while it can also be embedded in a host process without Node.js dependency. Multi-threaded JavaScript runtime. It was designed around 1975 at the IRT Institute of the Leibniz University in Hannover with the idea in mind to have an easy to learn programming language for realtime problems.
