letsencrypt/acme client implemented as a shell-script, just add water. Dehydrated is a client for signing certificates with an ACME-server (e.g. Let’s Encrypt or ZeroSSL) implemented as a relatively simple bash script. It uses the OpenSSL utility for everything related to actually handling keys and certificates, so you need to have that installed. Other dependencies are cURL, sed, grep, mktemp (all found on almost any system, cURL being the only exception). Please keep in mind that this software and even the acme-protocol are relatively young and may still have some unresolved issues. Feel free to report any issues you find with this script or contribute by submitting a pull request. dehydrated is looking for a config file in a few different places, it will use the first one it can find. -

DRAMMS is a software package designed for 2D-to-2D and 3D-to-3D deformable medical image registration tasks. Released by Section of Biomedical Image Analysis (SBIA) at the University of Pennsylvania. Some typical applications of DRAMMS include, -- Cross-subject registration of the same organ (can be brain, breast, cardiac, etc); -- Mono- and Multi-modality registration (MRI, CT, histology); -- Longitudinal registration (pediatric brain growth, cancer development, mouse brain development, etc); -- Registration under missing correspondences (e.g., vascular lesions, tumors, histological cuts). DRAMMS runs in command line in UNIX/Mac OS, It accepts Nifti/ANALYZE/MetaImage image formats. It is fully-automatic --- takes two input images, and generates a registered image and (optionally) the deformation field. This is the ssh daemon configuration and necessary EC2 instance scripting to enable EC2 Instance Connect. Also included is various package manager configurations for packaging for various Linux distributions. Parse takes all necessary pieces as command inputs is can be unit tested independently. curl, however, obviously needs to curl EC2 Instance Metadata Service and so cannot be tested without mocking the actual service. The curl script verifies we are actually running on an EC2 instance and cURLs relevant information from EC2 Instance Metadata Service and send it to parse. Note that it must make several curl commands to proceed. If it cannot do so it fast-fails to prevent blocking the ssh daemon. The command also queries several OCSP staples from EC2 Instance Metadata Service. -

Starting with version v2.1.2 each version release will point to a versioned docker image allowing for hardening our pipeline (so things don't break when I do something dump). On top of this, you can also point to a master version if you would like to test out what might not be deployed into a release yet. If you want to add a message to a deployment (e.g. the Git commit message) you need to take extra care and escape the quotes or the YAML breaks. A normal service account key(json format) or a base64 encoded service account key with the needed permissions for what you are trying to deploy/update. If you're deploying functions, you would also need the Cloud Functions Developer role, and the Cloud Scheduler Admin for scheduled functions. -

This repository is for the GitHub Action to run a Super-Linter. It is a simple combination of various linters, written in bash, to help validate your source code. The super-linter finds issues and reports them to the console output. Fixes are suggested in the console output but not automatically fixed, and a status check will show up as failed on the pull request. The design of the Super-Linter is currently to allow linting to occur in GitHub Actions as a part of continuous integration occurring on pull requests as the commits get pushed. It works best when commits are being pushed early and often to a branch with an open or draft pull request. There is some desire to move this closer to local development for faster feedback on linting errors but this is not yet supported. There is no need to set the GitHub Secret as it is automatically set by GitHub, it only needs to be passed to the action. -
