An intelligent platform-independent offline translation and localization program working internally with XLIFF, but also supporting other formats. It uses Glossaries, TM and other information to facilitate production of good quality translations.

SAFS is a software test automation framework supporting data-driven (aka keyword-driven) functional test automation and associated services. py-autopotools is a tool for i18n and l10n which automates a lot of the common tasks performed on po files. Create new files, delete or merge comments, file positions, and translations seperately, create default translations - pocreate does it all.
