    Popcorn Time for iOS

    Popcorn Time for iOS

    https://github.com/PopcornTimeTV/PopcornTimeTV

PopcornTimeTV was an Apple TV, iPhone and iPad application to torrent movies and tv shows for streaming. Since 2016, this project has grown exponentially - both in its user base and in its functionality. However, the team size has gone the other way. We went from having 13+ developers on the team to 1 developer and 1 designer, both of whom have lives and projects outside of Popcorn Time. We have decided that we have given our all to this project and it's time for us to move on to pursue greater things. There is no doubt that this comes with a heavy heart as we have learned so much from this project and watched it grow from this simple torrenting app that could only play 720p video, to what it is today. All that being said, we do not want this project to just die after we leave. The size of the project might be a bit daunting to an unseasoned developer but the app is extremely stable and packed with almost every feature you could need.

    Appz

    Appz

Launch external apps, and deeplink, with ease using Swift

Kitz aims to make your development life a bit easier by reducing the boilerplate code you have to write. Just focus on building amazing new features! All Kitz are shipped with released apps. They also have full test coverage, minimal dependencies, and are collaboration friendly! In case the app can't open the external application, it will fall-back to a web URL that is guaranteed to succeed by opening the browser. It was crucial to make sure the library can scale as the number of supported apps increase. Therefore, each supported app is implemented in isolation in a separate file. The API has been carefully designed to make the most out of auto-complete features, so you don't even have to peak into any docs or code! To make the specs as transparent as possible, the library has tests to make sure every external application action has tests with the expected results.

    DivKit

    DivKit

DivKit is an open source Server-Driven UI (SDUI) framework

DivKit is an open source Server-Driven UI (SDUI) framework. It allows you to roll out server-sourced updates to different app versions. Also, it can be used for fast UI prototyping, allowing you to write a layout once and then ship it to iOS, Android, and Web platforms. DivKit is an excellent choice to start using server-driven UI in your project because it can be easily integrated as a simple view in any part of your app. At the starting point, you don’t need a server integration. You can include all JSON on the client-side to try it in a real-world application. Also, we’ve made a sandbox for you to experiment with. You can try different samples in the web editor and see the results on the web or in the Android demo app, both of which are available on Google Play. We’ll publish the iOS demo app shortly. The UI in the demo can be updated live: the sandbox connects to the demo app via web sockets.

    E-commerce Complete Flutter UI

    E-commerce Complete Flutter UI

The FlutterShop template makes it easier to develop an e-commerce app

This project is a complete e-commerce application UI built with Flutter, showcasing every essential screen in a modern shopping experience. The UI follows clean, professional design patterns with attention to consistent spacing, typography, and component reuse. Interactive elements like carousels, tabs, and responsive grids are integrated to simulate real-world app behavior. Though it doesn’t implement backend functionality, the structure allows developers to easily plug in APIs or Firebase for a production-ready app. Its purpose is both to provide inspiration for design and to act as a boilerplate for developers starting an e-commerce project.

    OverlayContainer

    OverlayContainer

Non-intrusive iOS UI library to implement overlay based interfaces

OverlayContainer is a UI library written in Swift. It makes easier to develop overlay-based interfaces, such as the one presented in the Apple Maps, Stocks or Shortcuts apps. It perfectly mimics the overlay presented in the Siri Shotcuts app. The main component of the library is the OverlayContainerViewController. It defines an area where a view controller, called the overlay view controller, can be dragged up and down, hiding or revealing the content underneath it. OverlayContainer uses the last view controller of its viewControllers as the overlay view controller. It stacks the other view controllers on top of each other, if any, and adds them underneath the overlay view controller. Specifing only one view controller is absolutely valid. For instance, in MapsLikeViewController the overlay only covers partially its content.

    ShowCaseView

    ShowCaseView

Flutter plugin that allows you to showcase features on flutter app

A Flutter package allows you to Showcase/Highlight your widgets step by step. Auto Scrolling to active showcase feature will not work properly in scroll views that renders widgets on demand(ex, ListView, GridView). In order to scroll to a widget it needs to be attached with widget tree. So, If you are using a scrollview that renders widgets on demand, it is possible that the widget on which showcase is applied is not attached in widget tree. So, flutter won't be able to scroll to that widget. So, If you want to make a scroll view that contains less number of children widget then prefer to use SingleChildScrollView.

    Flutter InAppWebView Plugin

    Flutter InAppWebView Plugin

A Flutter plugin that allows you to add an inline webview

A Flutter plugin that allows you to add an inline WebView, to use a headless WebView, and to open an in-app browser window. Adding the InAppWebView widget into your app is very simple. It’s just a widget like any other Flutter widget. Use InAppBrowser or ChromeSafariBrowser to open an in-app browser! ChromeSafariBrowser is based on Chrome Custom Tabs on Android and on SFSafariViewController on iOS. Create a Class that extends the InAppBrowser/ChromeSafariBrowser Class in order to override the callbacks to manage the browser events. It can be used to run a WebView in background without attaching an InAppWebView to the widget tree. As InAppWebView, it has the same options and events. Use InAppWebViewController to control the headless WebView instance.

    Flutter ScreenUtil

    Flutter ScreenUtil

Flutter screen adaptation, font adaptation, get screen information

flutter_screenutil is a responsive design library for Flutter that helps developers create layouts adaptable to multiple screen sizes and pixel densities. It introduces APIs for setting responsive width, height, font sizes, and padding based on the device’s actual screen dimensions. This allows developers to design once and maintain consistent UI proportions across different Android and iOS devices. The package supports automatic scaling, orientation changes, and high-DPI screens without the need for hardcoded pixel values. It is widely used in production apps to reduce layout inconsistencies and improve accessibility. By handling screen adaptation systematically, it allows developers to focus on design and interaction rather than device-specific quirks.

    Fomantic-UI

    Fomantic-UI

Fomantic-UI is the community fork of Semantic-UI

Fomantic is a development framework that helps create beautiful, responsive layouts using human-friendly HTML. Fomantic UI treats words and classes as exchangeable concepts. Classes use syntax from natural languages like noun/modifier relationships, word order, and plurality to link concepts intuitively. Get the same benefits as BEM or SMACSS, but without the tedium. Fomantic uses simple phrases called behaviors that trigger functionality. Any arbitrary decision in a component is included as a setting that developers can modify. Performance logging lets you track down bottlenecks without digging through stack traces. Fomantic comes equipped with an intuitive inheritance system and high-level theming variables that let you have complete design freedom. Develop your UI once, then deploy with the same code everywhere. The only dogma from this framework: everything arbitrary is mutable.

    GiftedChat

    GiftedChat

The most complete chat UI for React Native

See the files in example-slack-message for an example of how to override the default UI to make something that looks more like Slack, with usernames displayed and all messages on the left. Avatar as user's initials. Localized dates. Multi-line TextInput. InputToolbar avoiding keyboard. Redux support. System message. Quick Reply messages (bot). Typying indicatior react-native-typing-animation. If you decide to specify a text prop, GiftedChat will no longer manage its own internal text state and will defer entirely to your prop. This is great for using a tool like Redux, but there's one extra step you'll need to take, simply implement onInputTextChanged to receive typing events and reset events (e.g. to clear the text onSend). If you are using Create React Native App / Expo, no Android specific installation steps are required, you can skip this section. Otherwise, we recommend modifying your project configuration.
