The "Computer@Therapy" (iCT) project was founded in 2012 by J. Fiala inspired by Czech SEN (spec. edu.) cummunity, consequently it continued in coop. with Czech Universities and Open Source oriented corporations. Computer@Therapy is human computer interaction (HCI) research and therapy in one piece. We have pointed out that there are many uncovered SW/HW usability and accessibility issues even on existing apps. Hence we have proposed the SW/HW design principles (called iCT design principles) which defines how the HW/SW should be designed, developed and deployed, used to bring maximal outcome in education and therapy for mentally challenged. At this project page we present sources of developed apps according to iCT design principles. Apps are developed continuously by team members under the supervision of J. Fiala. New versions of iCT Framework and apps are added continuously at our new subproject tab (iCT-Framework v2 and its SEN apps) which is also called OPEN SEN PLATFORM. -

EarlGrey is a native iOS UI automation test framework that enables you to write clear, concise tests. With the EarlGrey framework, you have access to enhanced synchronization features. EarlGrey automatically synchronizes with the UI, network requests, and various queues; but still allows you to manually implement customized timings, if needed. EarlGrey’s synchronization features help to ensure that the UI is in a steady state before actions are performed. This greatly increases test stability and makes tests highly repeatable. EarlGrey works in conjunction with the XCTest framework and integrates with Xcode’s Test Navigator so you can run tests directly from Xcode or the command line (using xcodebuild). To prioritize and improve EarlGrey, the framework collects usage data and uploads it to Google Analytics. More specifically, the framework collects the MD5 hash of Bundle ID, Test Class Names and Test Method Names. -

EasyTransitions is a library that helps developers create custom interactive transitions using simple functions defined in a protocol and avoid handling the multiple transitions APIs in UIKit. During a modal transition, we should only manage the view that is being presented today (modalView). We can inject animations on the root controller anyway. The ModalTransitionAnimator is a really straight forward protocol. Just layout the views ready to be animated on the layout function and perform the animations on animate. You can check the AppStoreAnimator for a basic example. -

Epoxy
Android library for building complex screens in a RecyclerView
Epoxy is an Android library for building complex screens in a RecyclerView. Models are automatically generated from custom views or databinding layouts via annotation processing. These models are then used in an EpoxyController to declare what items to show in the RecyclerView. This abstracts the boilerplate of view holders, diffing items and binding payload changes, item types, item ids, span counts, and more, in order to simplify building screens with multiple view types. Additionally, Epoxy adds support for saving view state and automatic diffing of item changes. We developed Epoxy at Airbnb to simplify the process of working with RecyclerViews, and to add the missing functionality we needed. We now use Epoxy for most of the main screens in our app and it has improved our developer experience greatly. If you are using layout resources in Epoxy annotations then for library projects add Butterknife's gradle plugin to your buildscript. -

This is an Objective-C wrapper around SQLite. FMDB 2.7 attempts to support a more natural interface. This represents a fairly significant change for Swift developers (audited for nullability; shifted to properties in external interfaces where possible rather than methods; etc.). For Objective-C developers, this should be a fairly seamless transition (unless you were using the ivars that were previously exposed in the public interface, which you shouldn't have been doing, anyway!). FMDB 2.7 is largely the same as prior versions, but has been audited for nullability. For Objective-C users, this simply means that if you perform a static analysis of your FMDB-based project, you may receive more meaningful warnings as you review your project, but there are likely to be few, if any, changes necessary in your code. For Swift users, this nullability audit results in changes that are not entirely backward compatible with FMDB 2.6, but is a little more Swifty. -

PinLayout is a layout framework greatly inspired by CSS absolute positioning, it is particularly useful for greater fine control and animations. It gives you full control by layouting one view at a time (simple to code and debug). -

I had built a few implementations of responsive sliders on different client projects and noticed that there was a glaring hole for plugin support with the concept. I wanted to build a plugin that would serve the newest of beginners, while providing seasoned developers a tool they could use with confidence. What has come forth is this, FlexSlider. I plan to maintain this plugin and provide support to users implementing FlexSlider into their sites. Responsive web design can be tricky, but I hope that FlexSlider serves to uncomplicate the process, just a little bit. -

FloatingPanel is a simple and easy-to-use UI component for a new interface introduced in Apple Maps, Shortcuts and Stocks app. The new interface displays the related contents and utilities in parallel as a user wants. 4 positioning support(top, left, bottom, right). 1 or more magnetic anchors(full, half, tip and more). Layout support for all trait environments(i.e. Landscape orientation). Common UI elements: surface, backdrop and grabber handle. Free from common issues of Auto Layout and gesture handling. FloatingPanel is written in Swift 5.0+. Compatible with iOS 11.0+. The deployment is still iOS 10, but it is recommended to use this library on iOS 11+. If you need more control over showing and hiding the floating panel, you can forgo the addPanel and removePanelFromParent methods. These methods are a convenience wrapper for FloatingPanel's show and hide methods along with some required setup. -
